Reaching multiple audiences

Those in a domestic violence situation turn to DVSAS to find the services available to them. Donors and volunteers are looking for information on exactly what DVSAS does, and why it is important. Their messaging as well as their look and feel needed to be inviting for both audiences.


Shew Design developed a brand concept that combined updated type, colors, photo library, and messaging that better reflected DVSAS’s mission. This brand update was applied to brochures, volunteer fliers, and other collateral materials. The brand was also applied to a new website that was easier for staff to update and maintain.

We created a system of a brochures that included basic information, and inserts that addressed more specific topics. The different items could be easily combined or delivered separately to provide the information needed.
