We created multiple databases that worked in concert with one another that helped content providers work quickly and efficiently:
- a project database that includes goals, highlights, a start and end date, actions, and the ability to add resources and partners associated with the project
- a partners database that allows them to add partners they work with regularly to projects and posts
- a database of resources like documents, videos, and links that use taxonomies that allow them to automatically appear on pages, posts, and projects.
- a database of alerts that broadcast important events and notifications to their audience
Google Analytics installed for tracking site traffic, sources, user behavior, and additional statistics.
Key concepts and procedures explained in step-by-step processes through online documentation.
Interactive forms that send submissions to an email address or to a secure online database installed and configured.
Additional security enhancements that protect the site from being hacked through brute force attacks, use of weak passwords, out of date plugins, and similar vulnerabilities.
Support options available for making sure plugin updates, backups, training, and enhancements are available and that the site stays online.
Works on every sized device from mobile phones to desktop machines with larger monitors.

The process of designing the website was very well communicated and smoothly delivered. Their tutorials were excellent and the written instructions provided are clear and extremely helpful as we update content.
