We worked with the Environment Department of Whatcom Community Health & Community Services to develop a media campaign educating the community about the importance of securing their garbage and recycling. Wind picks up and scatters unsecured trash and recycling where it becomes litter on streets and green areas. We developed animation-friendly graphics because video played an important role in the campaign.
